In college, I minored in Creative Writing, but its been a long time since I wrote anything and if anyone would like to read my poem , I'm curious for any critiques or comments people would have. I'm pretty happy with this one, but again any comments would be appreciated.- Thanks!




Softly resting my head on a
ClOuD OF CoTtOn
Nibbling on the light from the rising sun
Smiling eyes become a reflection of my own

Walk together here with me
Under the marmalade sky
Let it melt
like
honey
into
the
Beginning of a
Brand New Day
